12 Key Facts About Our Health!

1.      An illness is considered as chronic if it has continued over 120 days and our body’s self healing ability doesn’t work to address that particular health issue due to some reasons. Chronic diseases generally cannot be prevented by vaccines or cured by medication, nor do they just disappear. Eighty-eight percent of Americans over 65 years of age have at least one chronic health condition (as of 1998).  Health damaging behaviors - particularly tobacco use, lack of physical activity, and poor eating habits - are major contributors to the leading chronic diseases. Chronic diseases tend to become more common with age. The leading chronic diseases in developed countries include arthritis, asthma. Cardiovascular disease such as heart attacks and stroke, diabetic, epilepsy and seizures, obesityand oral health problems.

2.      Generally symptoms from our body like fever or headache warn us that there is illness/imbalance in the body. We get virus or bacteria infected when our immune system is unhealthy. Consuming synthetic drugs may relieve discomfort, but does not eliminate the root cause of such illness. Some common drugs may pose big threat to our health such as Birth Control Pills.  It can block vitamin absorption in the body and damage Thyroid gland.

3.      Healthy immune system stops a virus from infecting our body. Healthy food containing Enzymes, Vitamins, Proteins, Minerals, Fiber, Essential Oils, etc. makes our body healthy.  Unfortunately we are not eating what we need to eat; instead, we eat what we like to eat. 50% of the US population does not eat fresh fruit and vegetable. Fatty and sugary food has replaced fruit and vegetable in the American diet. One– fifth of the vegetables consumed by Americans are "French Fries and Potato Chips”!!!!!

4.      Along with a diet rich in whole foods, nutritional supplements play an important role in preventing and treating all types of cancer. And although we have seen the value of supplementing with just zinc or selenium, mounting evidence confirms that a combination of antioxidants will provide greater protection against cancer than any single nutritional antioxidant.   Zinc helps make progesterone.  When Zinc is blocked or not bio-available the result is PMS.  The immune system needs copper and zinc to function optimally.  Vitamin E is also a strong anti-oxidant. It provides necessary oils and makes hormones work in the body. Without vitamin E, we lose the ability to fight free-radicals.

5.      Due to the modern life style, we eat Frozen food, canned food and overcooked food. Over cooking or radiation kills the nutritional value of the food. Therefore the importance of the CellActive process in the new Epigenetics approach has gained the importance.  Food companies make more money from processed, high calorie food, and marketing campaigns capitalize on the natural desire for sugar. Cholesterol is made faster from sugar than fat. Try not to eat any GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) food.  GMO food changes the way the bacteria function in our guts and those bacteria release chemicals that regulate our genes.   90% of cells in our body are not human cells , they are bacterial cells.  They are everywhere, skin, nails bones , eyes….etc. These bacteria actually make chemicals. More than 25% of your molecules are made up of these bacteria.  They regulate also your gene activity. This proves that any food that is toxic will interfere with this bacteria and cause inflammation. Our  body is a complex ecosystem  made up of more than 100 trillion microbes that must be properly balanced. This system of bacteria, fungi, viruses living on your skin and in your mouth, nose, throat, lungs, gut, and urogenital tract, is referred to as the "human microbiome.” It varies from person to person based on factors such as diet, health history, geographic location, and even ancestry. These Microbioms have to be balanced for a healthy body. So healthy food is very important for the wellbeing.

6.      Our body has three salt lakes: the lymphatic system, the blood system, and the interstitial cell system. Salt is necessary for the optimal functioning of these systems. Sea salt is the healthiest salt to use, whereas Commercial salts are processed at extremely high temperatures that eliminate the magnesium. It contains un-dissolved silicate that tends to deposit itself on the interior walls of the arteries causing clogged arteries, and it contains aluminum silicate introduced to make the salt pour easily during humid weather.

7. Aluminum is a toxic metal to the body.  We should avoid using all Aluminum vessels for cooking and storing food items. The real risk from deodorants comes from using sprays that produce a cloud of aluminum salts that can be inadvertently inhaled.  Aluminum being the most active ingredient in most antiperspirants and deodorants, it contributes to breast cancer in women.  Antacids also contain aluminum which blocks the system necessary to detoxify our body.  The result is increased allergies and weight gain.  Continual use of antacids destroy the body's ability to digest food.

8.      Non Communicable Diseases, which include diabetes, heart disease, cancer and chronic lung diseases, are among the biggest health and development challenges of the century.  According to the WHO, eating a healthy diet, increasing physical activity and avoiding tobacco use can prevent:
·     80% of premature heart disease
·     80% of type 2 diabetes cases, and
·     40% of cancers

9.      Collagen Proteins are the building blocks of our body and are very important to us as they are in charge of body functions such as muscle development and increasing strength. Protein is also what makes up the outer layer of hair, nails and skin and works somewhat like the maintenance person in charge of building up, keeping up, and replacing tissues in our body. Collagen Protein is the glue that holds the body together.  It is the most abundant substance in our body next to water and makes up nearly 30% of our body by volume. Produced by the body to support and connect bodily tissues, Collagen accounts for over 70 percent of our skin and is an important part of our bones, membranes of the heart and lungs, ligaments, tendons, teeth, hair and nails.  As we age, the body's collagen production slows down and eventually stops. Our skin weakens and becomes increasingly prone to wrinkles, dryness and the discoloration of materialized sun damage. Studies have also shown that collagen level is directly related to bone density and that a lower collagen level is usually indicative of lesser bone density. In addition, Collagen-killers like smoking, excessive sun light, diabetes, poor nutrition, stress (from excess cortisol), and poor hydration can also have a detrimental impact on the amount of collagen we have in our bodies.

10.       The water we drink must be able to prevent toxins and chemical substances from accumulating and damaging our cells. It must be able to transport nutrients and minerals required for cell metabolism. It must be able to maintain the crucial acid alkaline balance so the body can resist diseases. Unfortunately, our drinking water is short on those functions. On the other hand, alkaline water helps neutralize and flush out stored acids and toxins that cause health issues.  It neutralizes the chemical imbalances in the body.  Over 70 percent of your body is composed of water and every function in the body is dependent on water, including the activities of the brain and nervous system. The average person in the U.S. drinks less than a quart (32 ounces) of water a day. Drinking water and brain function are integrally linked. Lack of water to the brain can cause numerous symptoms including problems with focus, memory, brain fatigue and brain fog, as well as headaches, sleep issues, anger, depression, and many more.  It takes 32 glasses of water to flush the acid from one can of soda pop out of your system. Tap water across the Midwest is contaminated by dangerously high levels of weed killer that pose a cancer risk to bottle-fed babies since babies consume an average of three 8-ounce bottles each day. Infants fed formula made with contaminated tap water receive a lifetime dose of toxins in the first four months of their lives!

11.      Fluoride is a carcinogenic, which blocks calcium absorption in our body. Note the warning about Fluoride on the back of every toothpaste box.  Mercury fillings, combined with saliva in the mouth, act like a battery and conduct electrical energy. This eventually burns out the nervous system. Mercury also causes potassium deficiency in the body. It is now illegal to put mercury in batteries due to toxicity but still ok to put in the mouth for amalgam filling.  MSM should not be used by those with mercury fillings in their mouth. It drives metals into the brain and causes Alzheimer's. Gum infections or Periodontal disease can cause you to lose 6.4 years of life expectancy. Bacteria in the mouth are more toxic than Botulism.  It can cause heart disease. Infection following root canals causes heart attacks. Bacteria in the mouth cause most disease. Most bacterial infections are chronic.

     12. In 1997, there were 7 prescription drugs that sold over $1 Billion per year:   90,000 people die each year from infections that they get while in the hospital. 100,000 people die each year from adverse drug reactions. Legally prescribed medications are among the leading cause of death in the U.S. Illicit drugs kill 5,000 - 10,000 people each year.  $200 Billion a year is spent on headache relief, yet 90% of headaches are caused by lack of water in the body.  1 billion dollars is spent on prescription drugs each year. 20 million people are presently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. 5 million people are presently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  According to the Center for Disease Control, the causes of disease are: Heredity = 18%, Environment = 19%, Lifestyle = 15%, Medical intervention = 10%.  The use of aspirin and Ibuprofen is the 15th leading cause of death in the United States. More people die from these products than die from AIDS!.  Every minute of the day someone has a stroke.  Every four minutes a stroke victim dies.  Stress is the major cause of cancer, heart attack and stroke.  2,700 people die each day from heart disease, 1,000 people are disabled each day from heart attacks. Parasites inhabit the bodies of 50% - 80% of the U.S. population they don't even know it. Humans can become infected with at least 30 parasitic illnesses from their pets. Oftentimes problems like immune dysfunction, juvenile diabetes, allergies, hypoglycemia, constipation, diarrhea, depression, and liver or lung difficulties can be helped if parasites are eliminated from the system. 10,000 people die each year from an overdose of aspirin. Aspirin can remain in the system up to 7 years.
